DISA SAM Mixer

DISA SAM Mixer is a fast, accurate and robust turbine mixer with high productivity 15-230 t / h. The concept of a turbine mixer DISA SAM takes into account all aspects of modern technologies of preparation of molding compounds and creates the conditions for the formation of an ideal homogeneous mixture through the complete homogenization of the mixture and the effective integration of water, clay and cementing additives.

Controllers preparation of molding sand DISA SMC

The quality of molding sand - is the key to the quality of the molding, and therefore, the key to improving the characteristics of the production of quality castings. Designed for use with high-performance mixers, DISA SMC regulate and control the process occurring in the molding sand mixer and ensure consistency of the characteristics of the prepared molding sand. Adjustment is provided automatically and continuously on the basis of analysis of the moldable mixture in a kneader with stirring it. The analysis is based on accurate measurement of sealability and strength of the moldable mixture, as well as humidity measuring recycle mixture (as an option).
