Binders for alphaset process NOVASET™ and ALPHASET TPA™
These binding systems consist of resol resin aqueous based, hardened by the liquid alcohol ester and can be used with the most steel casting.
NOVASET and ALPHASET TPA are an ideal solution for large-series foundry production, especially for steel casting production.

With the use of all line of alphaset binding materials our company recommends to use additive NOVATHERM™ for regeneration of waste sand. This unique additive increases removal rate of remaining binding material, and thus increases the quality of the regenerated sand.
Appliance of NOVATHERM™ additive gives the possibility to use the big quantity of the regenerated sand in moulding mix which decreases self-cost.
