We offer two variants of automatic molding lines Molding carousel and Fast-Loop system.

1) Molding carousel is a compact and economic decision for production of molds with maximum dimensions up to 1600х1200х475. The carousel can be used as separate unit and as built in in fully automated molding line.

Main carousel advantages are: 
• Effective usage of working area
• Smaller investments
• High productivity
• 15-35 molds/h

2) Fast-Loop is used for production of bigger molds and at bigger plants.

Main advantages of Fast-Loop are:
• It is suitable for mold with large dimensions
• Possibility to vary pattern sizes

• Possibility to include more patterns
• 5 standard sizes
